Frequently asked questions
What people ask before they start.
What is a contract assignment?
A formal transfer of your contract with the developer to another person. It happens inside the developer company, and the buyer is recorded against the unit. It is not a power of attorney and not a private agreement.
How is it different from a power of attorney?
A power of attorney is permission to act. It ends if the principal dies, they can revoke it, and the unit stays in their name with the developer. An assignment changes who holds the right in the developer records. We do not work with powers of attorney.
What is your fee?
1% from the buyer, charged only when the transfer completes. Sellers pay nothing, neither upfront nor later.
What does "without over-price" mean?
The buyer pays the seller exactly what the seller paid, with nothing added. No hidden amount goes to an intermediary, and there is no premium above the contract price.
Does the developer allow assignment?
Most developers allow it under conditions. We review your contract terms before starting, and if the unit cannot be assigned we tell you straight away.
What documents are needed?
The contract, the payment receipts, and a statement from the developer if available. We review them before listing, and nothing is listed with documents missing.
Is the cancellation deduction on the unit price or on what I paid?
In most contracts it is calculated on the full unit price, not on the amount paid. That is what makes cancellation far more costly than people expect. Check your contract; the rate varies between developers.
Are my details published?
No. Only the unit details are shown. Your name and number never appear on the site and are never shared outside our team.
How long does a transfer take?
It depends on the developer and how quickly the documents come together. We give you an expected timeline once we have reviewed your contract.
