Price and instalments

The buyer continues the remaining instalments to the developer as they are.
We use it to show the buyer their saving. Leave blank if unsure.
A yearly payment alongside the regular instalments, if your contract has one.
Annual maintenance or club fees, if anything is outstanding.
Optional but important: most developers will not approve a transfer until arrears are cleared.
Both figures appear to the buyer. The buyer inherits the contract including arrears, so disclosing now is what keeps the deal moving.
