The difference in numbers

If you cancel
The deduction is calculated on the full unit price.

The deduction rate varies between contracts. Send us a copy of yours and we will tell you your own figure before you decide anything.
The transfer, step by step
Five steps, and we are with both sides through each of them.
We read the contract and receipts and confirm the unit standing with the developer. Any arrears or penalties are disclosed upfront.
The buyer pays the seller exactly what the seller paid. No over-price, and no hidden amount to an intermediary.
We prepare the paperwork and file it formally. Each developer has its own conditions, and we tell you yours before starting.
Most developers charge an assignment fee. We make the amount and who pays it clear before signing, not after.
With both parties present inside the company. The buyer becomes a direct party to the contract and continues the instalments in their name.
